Ignite Baseball is a Northern California travel baseball organization committed to developing athletes who excel not only on the field, but as leaders, teammates, and ambassadors of the game.

We believe that true success is the product of discipline, resilience, and a relentless commitment to improvement. Statistics tell part of the story, but our standard is measured by the quality of our preparation, the integrity of our conduct, and the consistency of our effort.

Success is created together. Our player and parent community is dedicated, caring, and the key to our players growth. All parents are expected to be engaged throughout the season, support our players and coaches, and bring a culture of excellence to our team.

Top Level Coaching

Our coaches know baseball, have competed and won at advanced levels (high school through D1 collegiate programs), and bring a deep understanding of how strength and conditioning integrate into a players development.

Leadership development

We believe that winning is important, but learning how to win (and how to lose) over the course of a players career is prioritized. Becoming more than just a great baseball player requires leadership training and coaching on how to be young leaders and gentlemen. We expect the best from our team members.

FAQs

  • We utilize multiple facilities around the Bay Area for our baseball training and strength and conditioning sessions. Baseball practices are typically held in Los Gatos or Saratoga.

  • We participate in 6+ tournaments each season - Winter Ball and Fall Ball. Additional tournaments are added as we have player demand.

  • We provide advanced strength and conditioning coaching during our weekly practices. Parents have the option to sign up for unique 1-1 sessions with a world class fitness professional specializing in sports training. Specialty sessions are age-appropriate workouts tailored to each players needs.
