What is included?

  • 6+ tournaments (January - June)

  • Active coaching and ongoing feedback on skills and areas for improvement - including coaching using the Blast Baseball system

  • Team training days at Diamond Training in Sunnyvale

  • Strength and conditioning integrated into weekly practices

what is expected of parents?

Attend and cheer at games and tournaments

  • Help support practices (watching, assisting with drills when available)

  • Participate in team social events

  • Maintain communication and collaboration with coaches about your child’s progress

  • Support your player with video assignments and training outside of practices

  • Assist with field setup and breakdown when possible

What is expected of players?

  • Take pride in being part of Ignite Baseball

  • Be a supportive, respectful, and encouraging teammate

  • No foul language; model good sportsmanship at all times

  • Hustle, compete, and maintain a positive attitude

  • Respect umpires, facilities, equipment, and the game itself

Additional Expecations.

  • Watch and complete assigned video studies

  • Practice outside of official practices

  • Attend camps, clinics, or baseball education opportunities and share what you learn

  • Help maintain fields before and after practice

  • Attend local sporting events and watch MLB games when possible

  • Learn official rules of baseball; consider becoming a Little League umpire

  • Participate in community service projects at school or in your neighborhood

  • Chaperone or help guide younger players during clinics, LL season, or local events

  • Follow a selected MLB player during the World Series and share insights on their experience

  • Pursue personal strength and conditioning goals, including home-based stretching, sprinting, and resistance work
